mount the water pipe and insert electric
connector.
8 Replace coolant pump
8.1 Needed tools and auxiliary materials
A box sleeve wrench, a set of open end
wrench, allen wrench, coolant
8.2 Removal
1) Remove the engine timing belt.（see
“engine timing calibration” for details.）
2) Loosen the engine water exhaust pipe,
and exhaust coolant.
3) Removal the coolant pump.
8.3 Installation
The installing steps are reverse to those for
removal.
Infuse enough coolant after installation.
Note: Do not splash the coolant on the timing
belt and skin.
