AlveoPC
Before adjusting the extraction passage, you must switch off
the Mixer and disconnect its power supply.
1. Install a new mixing blade and adjust the lengthwise position of
the lower passage, inserting compression spacer under the
passage to achieve a gap of 0.2 mm between the passage and
the mixing blade (see figure).
2. Moderately loosen the two screws on the lower passage to
adjust it.
3. Insert the calibrated tool in the opening of the extraction pas-
sage.
4. Use a set of spacers in addition to the tool to achieve the exact
dimension to the left and to the right of the extraction passage,
see figure below.
The theoretical spacers are 5.42 ±0.2 mm on the left of the opening,
and 5.52 ±0.2 mm on the right of the opening (extraction passage
viewed from the front). They may be different: see the impacts on
the P and G values in the figure below.
Pay special attention to the precision of this adjustment; it is
very important for the accuracy of the test results.
5. When this dimension has been obtained, tighten the screws on
the lower passage.
6. Reconnect the Mixer's power supply.
