❏ Press on "Starch damage" to know the iodine absorption speed.
The iodine absorption speed is displayed.
To go back to the previous screen, press on "Iodine absorption
speed".
Iodine absorption speed: time needed by the flour to absorb 80% of
the iodine.
The results can be printed by pressing on the icon "Print".
To leave this result screen, press on the icon "Exit".
❏ Exit validation screen:
If you press on "YES", the SDmatic goes back to the main menu.
