1.CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI 1. GENERAL INFORMATION
MAXIMA 841 è un sistema automatico di
personalizzazione di carte plastiche in grado di
punzonare, codificare la banda magnetica ed
annerire i caratteri ad incisione (Infiller).
MAXIMA 841 è stata studiata per coprire la fascia di
produzione medio alta. La velocità varia
indicativamente da 200 a 300 carte ora e dipende
dal numero di caratteri del testo da punzonare.
MAXIMA 841 lavora collegata ad un Computer (es.
PC IBM) che tramite protocollo XON -XOFF invia
dati di personalizzazione. Sono inoltre disponibili
come standard altri protocolli di collegamento che
rendono il sistema collegabile a numerosi pacchetti
applicativi esistenti.
The MAXIMA 841 is a Plastic Card Embosser. The
layout of the cards is programmable thus permitting
the operator to create a product which reflects the
needs and tastes of the customer. This machine
can also code the magnetic stripe and colour the
indent characters with the Infiller unit .
The MAXIMA 841 is designed to cover the the
medium-high production range. The machine’s card
producing speed is approximately 200 - 300 cards
per hour . The factor which determines the speed is
the number of characters to be embossed or
indented on the card.
The MAXIMA 841 can work connected to a
Computer,
(eg: PC compatible ). The data is sent between
then two using the XON-XOFF protocol. The
MAXIMA 841 can however work with other
standard protocols available.
1.1. Principio di Funzionamento 1.1. Operating Phases
MAXIMA 841 Per realizzare una carta esegue un
ciclo sequenziale che si può dividere nelle seguenti
fasi:
1. CARICAMENTO - La carta viene presa e
posizionata sulla pinza del carrello.
2. CODIFICA MAGNETICA - La carta è codificata e
lettta in soli 2 passaggi secondo le specifiche
ISO 7811 in LO-CO(bassa coercitività) sulle 3
tracce in HI-CO (alta coercitività) solo sulla
traccia 2
3. PUNZONATURA - Può essere a rilievo e ad
incisione. Nel caso di punzonatura ad incisione
viene attivato l’infiller per l’annerimento dei
caratteri a freddo.
4. SCARICO - La fase di scarico chiude il ciclo
operativo della carta. Se durante il ciclo
operativo si verifica una condizione di errore, è
attivato lo scarico negativo.
MAXIMA 841 The machine’s production cycle can
be divided up into the following phases.
1. LOADING THE CARD: The card is picked up
and placed on the clamp.
2. THE MAGNETIC CODING: The card is coded
and read in a two pass cycle in accordance with
the ISO 7811 standards of LO-CO (low
coercivity) on 3 tracks and HI-CO (high
coercivity) only on track 2.
3. EMBOSSING: This can be done either by
embossing or indenting. During the indenting
the Infiller will be activated in order to inkthe
characters at room temperature.
4. UNLOADING: The unloading is the last phase
of the card production cycle. If an error occurs
during the production cycle a discard mechanism
is enabled and the card will be will be unloaded
in the discard area.
