6. DISPOSITIVI INTERNI 6. INTERNAL DEVICES
MAXIMA può essere fornita con diverse
configurazioni a secondo delle esigenze produttive,
pertanto all’interno possono essere montati 2
dispositivi per l’annerimento del carattere punzonato
:
• INFILLER nel caso di punzonatura a incisione
(INFILL)
• TIPPER nel caso di punzonatura a rilievo
(EMBOSSING)
Nei paragrafi seguenti vengono spiegati si suddetti
dispositivi e come sostituire i nastri usati da essi.
MAXIMA can be supplied with different
configurations depending on the productive
demands of the client.The machine can be
assembled with two internal devices for the inking of
the embossed character.:
• INFlLLER: for the Indent cycle
• TIPPER: for the Embossing cycle.
The following paragraphs describe the devices and
explain how to substitute the ribbons for each one.
7.INFILLER
7.1. COS’E’ L’INFILLER 7.1. WHAT IS THE INFILLER ?
L'infiller è il dispositivo che annerisce i caratteri
punzonati ad incisione (OCRB1, OCRA1,
MASTERCARD etc.).
Il dispositivo è composto da un nastro inchiostrato
che, interponendosi tra i 2 punzoni durante il ciclo di
punzonatura, colora la parte incisa del carattere.
L'infiller può essere in 3 diverse versioni:
Infiller Fisso Se la macchina è equipaggiata
di soli caratteri ad incisione.
Infiller Mobile Superiore Se la macchina è
equipaggiata di 2 serie di caratteri; una in rilievo ed
una ad incisione.
Si usa l'infiller mobile superiore con i caratteri incisi
sul fronte della carta come il font OCRB1.
Infiller Mobile Inferiore Se la macchina è
equipaggiata di 2 serie di caratteri; una in rilievo ed
una ad incisione.
Si usa l'infiller mobile inferiore con i caratteri incisi sul
retro della carta come per i font OCRA1,
MasterCard.
Il dispositivo infiller necessita della sostituzione del
nastro consumato dopo circa 63000 caratteri
punzonati (1500 carte punzonate con 42 caratteri)
The infiller is the device which inks the indent
characters (OCRB1, OCRA1, MASTERCARD
etc.).
This device contains a coloured ribbon which is
placed between the punch and dye during the
Indent cycle and inks the Indent character.
There are 3 different versions of the Infiller:
The Fixed Infiller: If the machine is equipped with
Indent characters only.
The Mobile Top Infiller: If the machine is equipped
with 2 series of characters, one for embossing and
the other for Indenting.
The Mobile Top Infiller is used for Indent characters
on the Front of the card such as the font OCRB 1.
The Mobile Bottom Infiller: If the machine is
equipped with 2 series of characters, one for
embossing and the other for punching.
The Mobile Bottom Infiller: is used for Indent
characters on the Back of the card such as the font
OCRA1, Master Card.
It is necessary to change the used Infiller ribbon
approximately after 63000 punched fonts (1500
punched cards with 42 characters).
