E’ necessario osservare attentamente le istruzioni
che seguono per operare correttamente sul Tipper
The following maintenance instructions should be
carefully noted in order to obtain the correct
functioning of the Tipper
8.2. Regolazione Consumo Nastro 8.2. Ribbon Wear Adjustment
Ruotando la manopola A (vedi fig.12) è possibile
regolare il consumo del nastro secondo le
necessità. Il numero rivolto verso l’alto indica il
numero di righe da colorare.
It is possible to adjust the ribbon wear by turning the
knob A (Ref fig. 12) . The number facing upwards
indicates the number of rows to ink.
8.3. Regolazione Pressione 8.3. Pressure Adjustment
Agendo sul pomello B (vedi fig.12) è possibile
ridurre od aumentare la pressione del tampone per
ottenere la qualità di annerimento desiderata. Per
aumentare la pressione tirare il pomello verso
sinistra in modo da sbloccarlo poi spingere verso il
basso e rimetterlo in sede, viceversa alzare il
pomello di uno scatto verso l’alto se si vuole
diminuire l’‘annerimento della carta.
To obtain the desired character inking quality
increase or decrease the Silicon Blanket pressure
using the knob B (Ref fig.12). To increase the
pressure pull the knob towards the left so as to
unblock it, push the lever downwards and release
the knob so that the lever is now blocked. The
character-inking can be diminished by lifting the
lever up one hole.
8.4. Regolazione Temperatura 8.4. Adjustment Temperature
Il Tipper di MAXIMA per poter ben funzionare deve
avere una temperatura di 160° indicata dal punto
rosso sulla scala graduata. Se si usano nastri
speciali (oro, argento) o carte plastiche particolari
oppure se si lavora in condizioni ti
temperatura ambiente particolarmente alta o
bassa, può essere necessario regolare la
temperatura in un intorno raccomandata fino
a raggiungere le migliori prestazioni di
stampa. Per regolare la temperatura agire
sulla manopola C facendo riferimento alla
relativa scala graduata. Non regolare oltre i
190°C o sotto i 150 °C.
The Tipper of the MAXIMA must have a
temperature of 160° by the red point shown on the
graded scale.
If special ribbons are used (gold, silver, ...) or
particular plastic cards or environmental condition
is too high or low, it could be necessary adjust
the temperature around the 160°C to obtain the
best printing performance. To adjust turn the
temperature handle with reference to the
graduated scale. Do not adjust over 190 °C or
below 150 °C.
