Notification when you have a voice message
 New VoiceMail messages will be indicated on your phone by
- an envelope next to your name.
- a red light on your handset and
- a message on the display saying ‘You have VoiceMail’
Access and configure VoiceMail from your phone
1. To access VoiceMail press the Msgs button
2. Listen to the prompts and follow instructions.
NOTE: The first time you enter your VoiceMail box, your default password will be 1234
 Press 1 To play new messages
After listening
a. Press 1 to repeat the message
b. Press 2 to save the message
c. Press 3 to delete the message
d. Press 6 to mark the message as a new one
e. Press 7 to skip back in the message
f. Press 9 for the message properties (e.g. The sender, extension # etc.)
g. Press * to cancel playing the message
h. Press # for help menu
 Press 2 To send a message
Record message then press #
Use letter keypad to type the name of the person
