If there is no connectivity to the 10/100 ports or 10/100/1000 port on your Cisco Switch, the problem might be an incorrect or faulty cable. Here’s what you can do: * Remove and reconnect the cable to both the switch and your PC. Allow 30 seconds for the port status LED on the switch to turn green. * Check the cable wiring to ensure it’s correct. * If you suspect the cable is the issue, replace it with a known good cable and again wait 30 seconds.
