Precautions after diving
• Make sure to rest sufficiently after diving.
• It is recommended to avoid flying for at least 24 hours following the completion of
diving.
• Carefully rinse off any seawater, mud or sand adhered to the watch and then wipe
off any excess moisture with a dry cloth.
