      If the time of day is flashing on and off on your Clack Valves Water System, it's likely due to a power outage. Reset the time of day. If the PC Board has battery back up present the battery may be depleted.

      If you're getting hard or untreated water from your Clack Valves Water System, here's what might be happening: * The bypass valve might be open or faulty. Make sure it's fully closed, or replace it. * High water usage could have exhausted the media. Check your program settings for abnormal water usage. * The meter might not be registering. Remove it and check for rotation or any foreign material. * There might be a fluctuation in water quality. Test the water and adjust the program values accordingly. * The regenerant tank might be empty or have a low level of regenerant. Add the proper regenerant to the tank. * The control might be failing to draw in regenerant.
