Connection
1. Connect thespeakers together by plugging theMini USB connector on theend of
thecord permanently fitted to speaker 1 into thesocket on speaker 2.
2. Thespeakers are powered via theincluded USBcable. Connect thecable to
theUSB POWER socket on speaker 1 and to apower source with aUSB outlet
(USB charger, computer, TV, etc) which provides acharging current of at least
500mA, preferably 1000mA.
Power on/off
Depress theon/off button (4) for two seconds to switch thespeakerson.
Note:
• Thespeakers start in Bluetooth mode if no audio cable is connected to
theAUDIOIN socket when thespeakers are switchedon.
• Thespeakers start in AUX mode if anaudio cable is connected to theAUDIO IN
socket when thespeakers are switchedon.
• Depress theon/off button (4) for two seconds to switch thespeakersoff.
Connecting anexternal Bluetooth device
1. Make sure that there is no audio cable plugged into theAUDIO IN socket.
2. Switch thespeakerson.
3. Activate Bluetooth on thedevice to be paired with thespeakers.
4. Thespeakers will appear on your device as AWD-37TBT, select them and pair
them with your device. Note: Ifyou are prompted to enter aPIN code on your
device, you should enter 0000 (four zeroes). Certain devices may also require you
to approve theconnection.
5. Start playback on your device. Setthedesired volume levels both on theexternal
device and thespeakers. Otherplayback settings should be controlled from
theexternal device.
6. Thespeakers will reconnect automatically with thedevice with which they were last
paired when they have been switched back on again and theBluetooth function is
activated.
Connecting anexternal device to theAUDIO IN socket
1. Connect your external audio device (e.g. smartphone) to theAUDIO IN socket on
speaker 1 using theincluded 3.5mm audiocable.
2. Switch thespeakerson.
3. Start playback on your device. Setthedesired volume levels both on theexternal
device and thespeakers. Otherplayback settings should be controlled from
theexternal device.
