Connection
1. Connect thespeakers together by plugging theMini USB connector on theend of
thecord permanently fitted to speaker 1 into thesocket on speaker 2.
2. Thespeakers are powered via theincluded USBcable. Connect thecable to
theUSB POWER socket on speaker 1 and to apower source with aUSB outlet
(USB charger, computer, TV, etc) which provides acharging current of at least
500mA, preferably 1000mA.
Power on/off
Depress theon/off button (4) for two seconds to switch thespeakerson.
Note:
• Thespeakers start in Bluetooth mode if no audio cable is connected to
theAUDIOIN socket when thespeakers are switchedon.
• Thespeakers start in AUX mode if anaudio cable is connected to theAUDIO IN
socket when thespeakers are switchedon.
• Depress theon/off button (4) for two seconds to switch thespeakersoff.
Connecting anexternal Bluetooth device
1. Make sure that there is no audio cable plugged into theAUDIO IN socket.
2. Switch thespeakerson.
3. Activate Bluetooth on thedevice to be paired with thespeakers.
4. Thespeakers will appear on your device as AWD-37TBT, select them and pair
them with your device. Note: Ifyou are prompted to enter aPIN code on your
device, you should enter 0000 (four zeroes). Certain devices may also require you
to approve theconnection.
5. Start playback on your device. Setthedesired volume levels both on theexternal
device and thespeakers. Otherplayback settings should be controlled from
theexternal device.
6. Thespeakers will reconnect automatically with thedevice with which they were last
paired when they have been switched back on again and theBluetooth function is
activated.
Connecting anexternal device to theAUDIO IN socket
1. Connect your external audio device (e.g. smartphone) to theAUDIO IN socket on
speaker 1 using theincluded 3.5mm audiocable.
2. Switch thespeakerson.
3. Start playback on your device. Setthedesired volume levels both on theexternal
device and thespeakers. Otherplayback settings should be controlled from
theexternal device.
