Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct
and then save it for future reference. We reserve theright for any
errors in text or images and any necessary changes made to
technicaldata. In theevent of technical problems or other queries,
please contact our Customer Services.
Safety
• This speaker can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of theappliance in asafe way and if they
understand thehazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised. Keep thespeaker and its charger lead
out of reach of children under theage of 8.
• Thespeaker may be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capability, lack of experience or knowledge
which could jeopardise their safety, provided they have been
instructed in thesafe use of theproduct and understand
thehazards involved. Never let children play with thespeaker.
• Thespeaker should not be taken apart or modified. Never try to
open thecasing of thespeaker. Thecasing houses dangerous
current-carrying non-insulated components. Contact with these
can lead to fire or electric shock.
• Do not cover thespeaker. Adequate ventilation, with adistance
of at least 5cm between thespeaker and surrounding surfaces,
is necessary to prevent thespeaker from overheating.
• Place thespeaker on astable, flat surface.
• Do not place thespeaker where it could fall into water or other liquids.
• Do not place thespeaker in constant sunlight or near naked
flames such as wood stoves, lit candles, etc.
• Never subject thespeaker to high temperatures, damp or dusty
environments, heavy vibrations or impacts.
• Protect your hearing. Listening on high volume for prolonged
periods can lead to permanent hearing loss.
• Thespeaker must only be repaired by qualified service technicians.

3. Thespeaker will appear on your device as CK207, select it and
pair it with your device. Thespeaker will emit avoice message
and themode indicator will change to asteady blue light to
indicate that thedevice has been paired.
4. Start playback on theBluetooth device. Thevolume level
and track can be changed on either thespeaker or on your
external device. Otherplayback settings can be controlled from
theexternal device.
5. If theBluetooth connection is broken or if you wish to pair
thespeaker with adifferent Bluetooth device, hold in [ ] for
3seconds until themode indicator flashesblue.
6. Pair thenew device as explainedabove.
Note: Ifyou are prompted to enter aPIN code on your Bluetooth
device, enter 0000 (four zeroes). Certain Bluetooth devices may also
require connection approval.
Connecting adevice via the3.5mm aux-in socket
1. Switch thespeakeron.
2. Connect a3.5 mm audio cable between your device and
theaux input (10) on thespeaker.
3. Start playback on thedevice.
4. Adjust thevolume level on thespeaker or theexternal device.
5. Press [ ►ll ] to temporarily switch thesoundoff. Playback will
continue on thedevice but will bemuted. Press [ ►ll ] again to
switch thesound backon.
Note: Thetrack can be changed using thebuttons on thespeaker
once theexternal device is connected via the3.5mm socket.
Playing content on amicroSDcard
1. Switch thespeakeron.
2. Insert amicroSD card into theslot (11). Playback will start
automatically.
Call management
If you receive acall whilst your phone is connected to thespeaker
via Bluetooth.
• Press [
] once to answer thecall.
• Press [ ] once again to end thecall.
• Hold in [ ] for 3 seconds to reject thecall.
• Press [ ] twice in quick succession to call thelast number
dialled on your phone (only works if your phone supports
thisfunction).
Care and maintenance
• Thespeaker has anIPX6 rating (dust and water jet proof) which
means that it can be subjected to water jets from all angles.
Itis therefore suitable for use in therain and very wet or humid
conditions. Thespeaker is however, not completely waterproof
and should not be immersed in water or other liquid.
• Clean thespeaker using alightly moistenedcloth. Useonly mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• If thespeaker is not to be used for along time, thebattery
should be fully charged on aregular basis (every second month)
to prolong its capacity.
Troubleshootingguide
TheBluetooth speaker
will not switchon.

Operating instructions
On
Hold in [ M/ ] (8) until thebattery status indicator lights up and
thespeaker emits anaudible signal. Themode indicator will flash
blue which indicates that thespeaker is detectable for other
Bluetooth devices.
Off
Hold in [ M/ ] (8) until thebattery status indicator goesout.
Charging
1. Switch thespeakeroff.
2. Connect theincluded charger lead to thecharging port (9) on
thespeaker and to acomputer or other USB charger.
3. Thethree LEDs in thebattery status indicator (1) will flash when
thespeaker is charging and indicate thebattery status as
follows:
- When all 3 LEDs of thebattery status indicator are lit,
thebattery pack is fully charged.
- 2 LEDs lit means that thebattery is 2/3 charged.
- 1 LED lit means that thebattery is 1/3 charged.
- When none of theLEDs is lit, thebattery is very low and
must be recharged.
• Thespeaker will emit anaudible signal repeatedly when
thebattery capacity is low until it finally shuts down automatically
when thebattery is fully discharged.
• Thespeaker can be used while it is being charged but doing so
will cause thecharging process to take longer.
Mode indicator
Themode indicator (7) indicates as follows:
• Flashing blue light – thespeaker is detectable for other
Bluetooth devices.
• Steady blue light – aBluetooth device is connected.
• Steady red light – external device connected to the3.5mm
socket (10).
• Steady purple light – there is amicroSD card in thecard slot (11).
Note: Ifthecard is empty and has no files on it thememory card
play mode will not be activated.
Pairing thespeaker to aBluetooth device
1. Hold in [ M/ ] (8) until thebattery status indicator lights up and
thespeaker emits anaudible signal. Themode indicator will
flash blue which indicates that thespeaker is detectable for
other Bluetooth devices.
2. Activate Bluetooth on thedevice to be paired with thespeaker.
This symbol indicates that this product should not
be disposed of with general householdwaste.
Thisapplies throughout theentire EU. Inorder to
prevent any harm to theenvironment or health
hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal,
theproduct must be handed in for recycling so that
thematerial can be disposed of in aresponsible
manner. Whenrecycling your product, take it to
your local collection facility or contact theplace
of purchase. Theywill ensure that theproduct is
disposed of in anenvironmentally sound manner.
