Note: For optimum operation and to preserve battery
charge, thealarm clock should be powered using theUSB
cable wherever possible.
Operation using USB cable
Connect theclock to acomputer or other USB charging
device using theincluded USB cable. Note: Acompatible
USB charger is not included but can be purchased separately.
Battery operation
1. Remove theouter battery cover (5) by lifting thetab on
thebottom edge. Lift it up and thecover will come away.
2. Insert 3×AAA/LR03 batteries into thebattery
compartment (10), observing thecorrect polarity
(see themarkings inside thebattery compartment).
3. Refit thebattery cover by first slotting in thetwo tabs
in thetop edge and then pressing down on thebottom
edge.
