2) Right click on the matrix to be upgraded and select Firmware >
Update Firmware > Card.
3) Navigate to where the E-Dante64 upgrade file is stored and click to
upload.
There are 4 possible upgrade file types.
Approximate upgrade time/notes
2 min. This is the most common file
to upgrade and is usually labeled
‘Clearcom’.
3 min. Reset card on front panel after
upgrade.
While the E-DANTE64 card is being upgraded with EHX firmware, the active
light (green) on the front of the device will flash at double its usual speed and
the error light (red) will show. The card is ready for use when the error light is
off and the status light has returned to a steady 1Hz pulse.
