Throttle not back to origin position
(Stop at high level position)
1. Check if throttle is back to the origin position firstly, then check
if the connecting cable is loosed,
2. If everything goes well, replace a new throttle.
05 Throttle malfunction
1. Check if throttle is back to the origin position firstly, then check
if the connecting cable is loosed,
2. If everything goes well, replace a new throttle.
07 Over-voltage protection
1. Check if the battery voltage is beyond the bearing range of
controller;
2. Replace a new matching battery.
08 Motor Hall cable malfunction Check if motor cable is loose and re-plug out/in motor cable;
09 Motor Phase cable malfunction Check if motor cable is loose and re-plug out/in motor cable;

Motor temperature reach to the high
temperature protection point
Power off the display, wait until the motor temperature returns to
normal, then go on cycling.
11 Motor Temp. Sensor malfunction Replace a new Temp. Sensor.
12 Current sensor malfunction Replace a new sensor.
13 Battery Temp. is too high Stop cycling and wait the temperature returns to normal.
14 Controller Temp. is too high Stop cycling and wait the temperature returns to normal.
15 Controller Temp. Sensor malfunction Replace a new controller.
21 Speed sensor malfunction
1. Check if the speed sensor connection is normal;
2. If connection is normal, then replace a new speed sensor.
22 BMS communicate malfunction
1. Check if the battery connection is normal;
2. If connection is normal, then replace new battery.
23 Headlight malfunction
1. Check if the headlight connection is normal;
2. If connection is normal, then replace new headlight.
24 Headlight sensor malfunction
1. Check if the headlight sensor connection is normal;
2. If connection is normal, then replace new headlight sensor.

Torque signal malfunction of torque
sensor
1. Check if the torque connection is normal;
2. If connection is normal, then replace new torque sensor.

Speed signal malfunction of torque
sensor
1. Check if the torque connection is normal;
2. If connection is normal, then replace new torque sensor.
30 Communication malfunction
1. Check if the cables connected to display are loose, or if the
connectors are broken;
2. Check if the cables connected to controller are loose, or if the
connectors are broken;
3. Check if the cable jacket is broken;
4. Reconnect the display cables;
5. Replace the controller or display.
Different protocols may cause different error code definition list, please check with the e-Bike factory.
