Your sound processor will be programmed to recognise
the implant’s ID, so it will not work on the wrong implant.
Attach a Cochlear SoftWear™ Pad
The Cochlear SoftWear™ Pad is optional. If you experience
discomfort when wearing your processor, you can attach this
adhesive pad to the back of your processor.
NOTE
You may need a stronger magnet and new feedback
calibration measurement after attaching the Cochlear
SoftWear Pad.
Please contact your hearing care professional if you
experience poor sound or magnet retention.
