WATER CYLINDER The water cylinder is the device that pumps the water for the
injection system. If cylinder seals are bad typically water will come out of the breather
on the end of the cylinder.
ACTIVATION CYLINDER The hydraulic cylinder actuates the water cylinder.
DIAPHRAGM CHECK The diaphragm check prevents water from back feeding
during suction phase of water system cycle. If cap becomes loose the rubber dia-
phragm may be injected into one of the water delivery lines. Refer to trouble shooting
section for remedy.
DISC CHECK The disc check is on the suction line of the water system. Its func-
tion is to prevent the fluid on the injection phase from being injected back into the water
reservoir.
ADJUSTABLE STOP The adjustable stop sets the delivery amount of fluid to the
water system. It can be changed to suit operating conditions. To prime system remove
stop or priming may not occur.
VENT LINE The vent line allows water to be on the unused side of the water cyl-
inder and is vented to the water tank.
ACTIVATION VALVE The activation valve controls the actuation of the hydraulic
cylinder. It electrically actuates a pilot signal to actuate the cylinder retraction. The
valve automatically extends the cylinder.
