Check the power line to the
unit to ensure that it is
working.

Faulty transformer.
Check the switch mode
power supply.
The power from the DB is in
working order but there is no
light on the surge protector.
Faulty surge protector.
Replace the surge protector.
Light on at the surge
protector but no lights on at
the PCB.
