What You Received With Your MicroBlaster
The MicroBlaster® model MB1000 is shipped fully assembled and requires only minimal
set-up to use. The following pages describe what is needed, and how to set up and test
your micro-abrasive blasting system for proper operation.
Once you receive your MicroBlaster MB1000 check the contents of the shipping carton to
make sure that you have received all of the items. In addition to this manual and the
Reference Sheet pictured on the previous page, the standard Accessory Parts Kit is
enclosed. Note that two additional items, a .040” tank orifice, MB1409-40, and a .030”
Hi/Performance nozzle, MB1520-30 (green), should already be installed on the
MicroBlaster MB1000.
Open all small packages within the large carton carefully, since many small parts are
included with the shipment.
