III. SERVICE
1. The seller's obligations under the warranty are set out in the WARRANTY CARD attached to
the stroller.
2. The condition for the proper operation of the stroller is to operate it only in an undamaged
state.
3. In the event of damage to the stroller, repair or replacement of the defective system or
component should be carried out immediately. Otherwise, the manufacturer is not responsible
for the safety of the transported patient.
4. List of self-repairable parts:
◦ footrest support
◦ stroller upholstery
5. List of mechanisms, subassemblies and parts , the repairs of which should be commissioned
to the company SERVICE (necessary to maintain the WARRANTY):
◦ foot and hand brake mechanism
◦ backrest adjustment mechanism
◦ footrest deflection adjustment mechanism
◦ hand railing
◦ curved or cracked elements of the bogie frame
◦ wheel axles
◦ wheel rim complete with hub and bearing
◦ seat belts
◦ spring springs
Repair or replacement of tires (tire and inner tube) is recommended to be done
at specialized points.
6. List of subassemblies and parts that can be dismantled and sent to the company's SERVICE:
◦ complete wheels
◦ wheel rim complete with hub and bearings
◦ wheel cap
◦ top upholstery (replaceable)
◦ headrest, wedge, upholstery protectors, etc.
◦ springs at upholstery and brakes
◦ footrest support
◦ footrest
◦ friction pads for foot brake
◦ movable part of the plastic buckle of the seat belts.
7. It is recommended to immediately hand over the stroller for repair in the company SERVICE
if, despite repairs and systematic performance of all activities
related to REGULATION AND MAINTENANCE, it is still inoperable.
8. The COMFORT company has all the parts necessary for the repair of COMFORT type
strollers and sends them at the customer's request to the address indicated.
