The WSR COMFORT Sp. z o.o. company ensures high quality of the product and proper
operation of all components of the stroller, provided that the principles of proper operation
and use are observed.
PURPOSE AND ENVIRONMENT OF USE
AND STORAGE
COMFORT strollers are designed by the manufacturer to alleviate the course of the disease are used
to transport patients with cerebral palsy, extensive paralysis, paresis of the limbs and trunk preventing
independent movement.
COMFORT stroller is designed for people weighing up to 130 kg depending from the model.
These strollers are moved by the guardian of a disabled person they perform a role similar to prams.
They are used to transport disabled people outside and in living quarters with due precautions see
Residual risk.
The design of the stroller allows them to be used in all weather conditions, provided that the user
is properly protected.
Storage of the stroller requires appropriate conditions, which is:
closed rooms, protected against weather influences, with low humidity (not indicated
laundries, damp cellars, etc.) and temperature not exceeding drastic ambient temperatures (e.g.
boiler rooms, etc.).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF STROLLERS
COMFORT strollers in all sizes are manufactured with a detachable hand railing
and harness attachments to the rear backrest, connected to the hip belts. They also have a smooth
adjustment of the rear backrest inclination and adjustment of the angle of inclination and length of
the footrest.
The backrests of the strollers provide a stable position for patients with full quadriplegia, and the
semi-flexible seats ensure comfortable transport during walks and longer use.
In both types of bogies, the rear axle is sprung and the front axle is fixed permanently (except for
bogies with front swivel wheels).
Strollers with front swivel wheels and are intended for operation only on paved surfaces,
otherwise (uneven terrain, sand, kicking snow) may be the cause of hazards for - users,
Strollers with fixed front wheels are designed for use also in the field.
REMARK!
Regardless of the front wheels used, safety rules (see page 15) and proper operation (see page 19) should always be observed during
walks.
