Name of the Dealer from which you purchased
your machine
Description of any faults noted
Description of the type of work performed
Daily hours of use

The machine model is printed on the nameplate that
you will nd on the front side of the base (g. 3). The
plate provides the following information:
1. Name of the manufacturer
2. Serial number
3. Model
4. Technical data
5. CE logo
6. Year of manufacture
