8.1. PREPARING THE COFFEE
GRINDER
Before mounting the coffee hopper, loosen
the hopper safety screw (
). Slide the
hopper (
) into the upper part of the
grinder, so that the coffee bean shutter
(
) is to the right of the grinder in its
closed position. Once the hopper has been
tted into the grinder, turn it clockwise until
it stops, to secure it to the grinder. Tighten
the hopper safety screw (
) to lock it so
that it cannot be manually removed again.
Pour coffee beans into the hopper and
cover it with the hopper lid (
). When
the coffee bean shutter (
) is opened
it will fall into the grinding compartment
and be ready to be ground.
Plug the grinder into the mains socket,
and set the main switch (
) to position I
(AUTOMATIC MODE).

7.5. TRANSPORT PROTECTION
The installer must remove the
transport protection before installing the
machine.
We recommend keeping the protection
plate and the nylon screws for any
possible future use for a change of
location.
