cavity, the burr holders and the upper and lower burrs. Check
the condition of the burrs and change them if necessary. Put the
upper burr holder back in place and turn counter-clockwise until
the burrs touch. Turn counter-clockwise until the “Espresso area”
screw is at the front of the grinder, between the rst grinding point
and the “Espresso area” stop.
Tighten the “Espresso area” screw and replace the screw cover (7).
Reassemble the hopper (2), thread the hopper safety screw with
help of a flat-head screwdriver and adjust the setting roller (5) by
hand. Fig. 1. Remember to always check the grinding conditions
after this operation, following the instructions in point 7.1.
To access to grinding chamber, remove the position indicator (7)
and unthread the block screw, then remove the upper burr holder
the grind regulator (see the direction in Fig 10). To replace it,
thread the burr holder (Fig 10) until it reaches the grinding point
(this is when the burrs touch and a metallic noise can be heard).
Turn the block screw and the position indicator (7) is put back
