The computer will
not detach.
The connectors may be
jammed.
Apply additional pressure
when lifting the computer
from the MCD.
The thumbscrews at the
bottom of the PEB may not
be unscrewed.
Turn the thumbscrews at
the bottom of the MCD
counterclockwise.
The eject lever may be
defective.
Call the Compaq support
number for your country.
