Rule no. 1: number of stimulation channels to use
The correct use of the Undulated massage program requires 4 stimulation channels,
and therefore 8 electrodes, to be used.
These 4 stimulation channels must be positioned:
- on a limb or part of a limb (e.g.: a thigh),
- on the back,
- on two limbs (e.g. : both calves).
Rule no. 2: required order of the stimulation channels
The wave-like effect must follow the direction of the venous return flow. That is why
the required order of the four stimulation channels must be strictly complied with. The
order of the stimulation channels is as follows:
Channel 1: cable fitted with a blue colour indicator,
Channel 2: cable fitted with a green colour indicator,
Channel 3: cable fitted with a yellow colour indicator,
Channel 4: cable fitted with a red colour indicator.
