Lose printing dots during printing characters or figures:
Lose a line dot in the printout:
z The print head is damaged. Stop printing and contact your agent or a
qualified maintenance personal, and replace print head.
Lose printing dots at random position:
z The ribbon is loose, so reinstall the ribbon cartridge.
The printing characters are not what you need:
The printer does not print the font or character which the application
software sets:
z Check if application software is installed correctly.
The printing position is not what you want:
The top of form position is too high or too low:
z Please adjust the top of form position set by the application software.
All the texts are printed on the same line:
z Set Auto CR/LF as ”CR+LF, LF”, and the printer will insert a line
feed code after every carriage return code automatically.
An unwanted blank line is added between every two lines of printed text:
z It sends out two line-feed codes continuously, you should set Auto
CR/LF as CR, LF.
