3.1 Starting the engine
Whenever you are about to start the engine, always scrupulously follow what is
indicated below:
• Make sure there are no other people in the vicinity of the machine and / or other
obstacles.
• Always apply the parking brake.
WARNING: Before starting the machine, always engage the parking brake to avoid any
movement of the machine that could have consequences for the operator's safety.
Follow the steps below to start the engine:
-Turn the ignition on by turning the key to position “1” (drawing 3).
- Start the machine by turning the key to the "START" position, wait 3 sec. (drawing 4).
- Disengage the parking brake, use the levers to operate the machine
3.2 RECHARGE
4 The C85 is equipped with a battery pack, mounted inside the hood.
The battery pack can be recharged; You can choose to remove the accumulator or not to
recharge it. The procedure for removing the discharged battery pack and reinserting it when the
operation is completed is shown below.
3.4.1 Removing and inserting the battery pack
Removing the battery pack
Take the original Cormidi trolley near the hood of the C85;
Open the front rods as shown in figure “2”;
Open the hood of the machine and hook the two rods just opened to the hood base, on
the sheet metal bumper;
Unscrew the dedicated pins and unhook the electrical connector, figure "4" pull the
battery pack back with the help of the two metal rods to slide it until it reaches the
support surface of the trolley.
