1. OV-1000 Overview
The OV-1000 is an optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR) with integrated color
touchscreen and interchangeable modules for both single- and multi-mode fiber systems. It
also can include a VFL for additional continuity testing and a power meter for end-to-end
system attenuation testing. Also, The OV-1000 allows for automatic (auto mode), manual
(advanced mode), and reference (template) testing. The OV-1000 is battery operated or can
be plugged into an AC/DC converter (24V, 4A output).
