  If your corob Dispenser doesn't turn on, check the power connections at the back of the machine. Ensure the main switch is in the ON (I) position. Replace any blown fuses inside the fuse compartment. If the power supply unit is in over current, wait a few minutes before restarting. If the issue persists, or if the electrical connections are defective, contact an authorized technical service.

Why does the corob Dispenser management software show a communication error?

  If the management software indicates a communication protocol error with your corob Dispenser, first ensure the machine is powered on and restart the software. Then, verify all connections at the back of the machine. Use the configuration and calibration software to check the correct configuration of the communication port. If needed, repair the computer's serial or USB port, or replace the communication cable with manufacturer's original spare parts. If problems persist, it may be due to a defective connection, and you should contact authorized technical service.

  If colorant is dripping from some nozzles of your corob Dispenser, use the management software to dispense approximately 100 cc of colorant from the affected pumping unit. If multiple circuits are involved, repeat this process one circuit at a time to recycle the dispensed colorant. If the dripping continues, it may indicate that the valve of the pumping unit does not work correctly, and you should contact the authorized technical service.
