  If you notice colorant dripping from some nozzles on your corob Dispenser, it may be due to the valve of the pumping unit not working correctly. To resolve this, dispense approximately 100 cc of colorant from the affected pumping unit using the management software. If multiple circuits are involved, repeat this process one circuit at a time to recycle the dispensed colorant. If the issue continues, contact the authorized technical service.

  If the ON lamp on your corob Dispenser blinks slowly and the machine is unresponsive to commands, it indicates that the machine is in the offline 1 condition. To fix this, bring the machine to the online condition by using the offline button or by sending a Reset command.

  If the ON lamp on your corob Dispenser blinks rapidly and the machine does not respond to commands, it means that the Autocap is open and the machine is in the offline 2 condition. To resolve this, close the Autocap and bring the machine to the online condition by using the offline button.
