If the problem continues, then you should contact an authorized technical service. * If the electrical connections are defective, contact an authorized technical service.

  A communication error between the management software and your Corob Dispenser could be due to several reasons: * The machine might be OFF. Use the configuration and calibration software to ensure the port is correctly configured. If that doesn't help, repair the port. * The serial cable might be damaged. Replace it with a manufacturer’s original spare part. * If the connection is defective, contact the authorized technical service.
