  If the management software indicates a communication protocol error with your corob Dispenser, first ensure the machine is powered on. Then, verify the connections at the back of the machine. Use the configuration and calibration software to correctly configure the port used for communication. Replace the communication cable if it is damaged with manufacturer’s original spare parts. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to repair the computer's serial or USB port, or contact the authorized technical service.

  If your corob Dispenser does not turn on, check the following: * Ensure the power supply is correctly connected at the back of the machine. * Verify that the main switch is in the ON (I) position. * Inspect the fuse compartment and replace any blown fuses. If the power supply unit is in overcurrent, wait a few minutes before restarting the machine. If the issue continues or the electrical connections are defective, contact the authorized technical service.

  If colorant is dripping from some nozzles of your corob Dispenser, the valve of the pumping unit may not be working correctly. Using the management software, dispense approximately 100 cc of colorant from the affected pumping unit. If the problem involves multiple circuits, repeat this process for one circuit at a time to recycle the dispensed colorant. If the dripping continues, contact the authorized technical service.
