Replacing fans
The following is standard procedure for replacing the process air fan;
• Remove top cover
• Disconnect cables for process air fan
• Remove the screws on the fan bracket
• Remove the screws on the fan
• Remove the fan bracket
• Remove the fan
• Replace the process air fan
The following is standard procedure for replacing the regeneration air fan:
• Disconnect cables for regeneration air fan
• Dismount screw clamp fastened to the regeneration air fan box
• Remove the regeneration air fan box
• Insert a replacement regeneration air fan box, or remove the screws on the regeneration air
fan box and replace the regeneration air fan
