Why CountyLine CLSS5 does not deliver water to full capacity?

  If your CountyLine Water Pump isn't delivering water to its full capacity, it could be due to several reasons: * The depth of the water being pumped is greater than estimated: If the water being pumped is more than 25’ (7.6m) deep, a deep well jet may be needed. * Corroded or limed steel piping: Replace steel piping with plastic pipe where possible, or use new steel pipe. * Incorrect piping size: Re-pipe using the size of the suction and discharge ports on the pump. * Insufficient water supply: Add additional well points if the pump is not getting enough water.

  If the CountyLine Water Pump motor runs hot, the overload kicks off, or it only hums, it could be due to low voltage. Check the voltage being supplied to the pump.
