13 - Moving – Set when the doors are in motion.
14 - Close Stall – Set during a close cycle when the stall is detected.
15 - Open Stall – Set during an open cycle when the stall is detected.
16 - Ready – Indication that the iDrive is ready to receive commands from the iLearn.
1.3.12 Motor Control Bits
03 - Reg Out Test – Factory use. Should be ‘0’ in normal operation.
04 - Max volts – ‘1’ indicates that the maximum rate of change algorithm is being utilized in-
stead of the settable ROC parameter. This is in place for emergency acceleration/decelera-
tion needs and is not presently used. Should be ‘0’ in normal operation.
05 - Max ROC – ‘1’ indicates that the maximum rate of change algorithm is being utilized in-
stead of the settable ROC parameter. This is in place for emergency acceleration/decelera-
tion needs and is not presently used. Should be ‘0’ in normal operation.
06 - Direction command. ‘1’ = close, ‘0’ = open.
07 - Run – Run command - ‘1’ indicates motor controller is being commanded to run. ‘0’
means stop.
08 - Control place – Factory use. Should be ‘0’ in normal operation.
1.3.13 Motor Status Bits
06 - ‘1’ = close, ‘0’ = open.
07 - Run ‘1’ indicates inverter is generating an output, and motor should be running.
1.3.14 Motor Fault Bits
03 - ‘1’ = heat sink temperature sensor measured over 100 degrees Celsious. Should be ‘0’
in normal operation.
04 - ‘1’ = motor control parameters are out of range when the motor was commanded to run.
Should be ‘0’ in normal operation.
05 - ‘1’ = overcurrent condition (>12.5A) has been detected by the control software. Should
be ‘0’ in normal operation.
