maintained,lubricatedandtuned upaccordingto the instructionsinthe owner'smanual,
Searswill repairor replacefree of chargeany partsthat arefoundto bedefectivein
materialor workmanshipaccordingto the guidelinesofcoveragelistedbelow.Searswill
alsoprovidefree laborfortheseapplicablewarrantedpartsforthe two fullyears.During
the first 30 daysof purchase,therewill be nochargesto servicethe productat your
homefor issuescoveredby this warranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryourconve-

This Warrantydoes notcover:
Expendableitemswhich becomeworn duringnormaluse, includingbut not limitedto
blades,spark plugs,air cleaners,belts,and oil filters.
StandardMaintenanceServicing,oil changes, or tune-ups.
Tire replacementor repaircausedby puncturesfromoutsideobjects,such as nails,
thorns,stumps,or glass.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbut not limitedto, damage
causedby towingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityofthe ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendthe frameor crankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbut not limitedto,elec-
tricaland mechanicaldamagecausedby improperstorage,failureto usethe proper
gradeand amount of engine oil,failureto keepthe deckclear of flammabledebris,
or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe
owner'smanual.
Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedby fueldeterminedto becontami-
natedor oxidized(stale). In general,fuelshould beusedwithin30 daysof its pur-
chasedate.
Normaldeteriorationand wear of the exteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYON BATTERY
Forninety(90) daysfrom date of purchase,if anybatteryincludedwith this ridingequip-
ment provesdefectivein materialor workmanshipandourtestingdeterminesthe battery
will not holda charge,Searswill replacethe batteryat nocharge. Duringthe first30
daysof purchase,therewill be nochargesto replacethe batteryat your HOME. After
the first 30 days,foryour convenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewill still be avail-
ablebut a trip chargewill apply. Thischarge will bewaivedif the Craftsmanproductis
