Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the carved work fail to achieve the expected effect compared to the
original image? (For example, the engraving effect is relatively light, and the lines
appear crooked.)
Answer: This issue could arise due to several factors, which are important to address for
achieving the desired engraving results. The first step is to ensure that you are using the
recommended parameters for engraving and cutting, which can be found on the official
website or provided in the TF card. These parameters will guide you in selecting the right
settings based on the material you are engraving.
At the same time, it is crucial to check the hardware of the device:
A. Screw Tightness: Make sure that all screws on the machine are properly
tightened. Loose screws can cause the machine's components to shift slightly,
which may result in misalignment during engraving.
