Troubleshooting
ERROR:01
Description: The angle data is abnormal, and the machine has stopped working.
Solution:
• Check whether the workbench is stable or shaking. Any movement could affect the
performance of the machine.
• Ensure that all screws are properly tightened to prevent the machine's frame from
moving during operation.
• Double-check the frame of the machine to confirm that it is firmly in place.
ERROR:02
Description: No G-code file is found in the root directory of the TF card.
Solution:
• Verify that the file in the TF card has the correct suffix (.gcode/.gc/.nc) and that it is
saved in the root directory (not inside any folders).
• Make sure that the correct G-code file was generated and properly transferred to the
TF card before beginning the operation.
ERROR:04
Description: No airflow detected, causing the machine to stop working.
Solution:
• Check that the air pump is properly connected to the machine.
• Confirm that the knob switch on the left side of the machine is adjusted to the
maximum airflow level.
• Inspect the silicone air tube above the laser module to ensure there are no blockages
or bends that would impede airflow.
• You can also disable the alarm function by setting parameter $153 to 0, but it is
recommended to configure this according to the actual situation.
