Description: The machine detected a flame and has stopped working.
Solution:
• Press the Reset button to confirm if there is an actual fire hazard. If not, the FIRE light
will turn orange to indicate that there is still a risk of fire.
• If the area is safe, press the Start button to resume working. The FIRE light will turn
green, and you can continue.
• For more detailed guidance, refer to the "Laser Module Alarm Functions" PDF
included with your device.
• You can disable the alarm function by setting $154 to 0, but again, it is recommended
to adjust this setting according to your needs.
ERROR:06
Description: Lens contamination is detected, and the machine has stopped working.
Solution:
• Press the Reset button to begin cleaning the lens. The LENS light will turn orange,
indicating the lens needs to be cleaned.
• After cleaning, press the Start button to resume working. The LENS light will remain
red when powering on, meaning it needs to be cleaned again.
• Press Reset once more after confirming that the lens is clean. The LENS light will turn
green when the issue is resolved.
• You can disable the alarm function by setting $155 to 0.
ERROR:07
Description: The laser module’s temperature is too high, and the machine has stopped
working.
Solution:
• Press Reset and then press the Start button to continue working after the laser
module has cooled.
• Make sure to clean the laser module before restarting, and allow it to cool to an
appropriate temperature before resuming work.
• You can disable the alarm function by setting $158 to 0.
