TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: Please review the
troubleshooting section before
consulting a service agent.
Problem Possible Cause What to do
Timer knob does not turn. The power cord is not firmly
connected.
Check the connection of the
power cord and firmly insert.
Drum does not turn. The door may not be shut.
The power cable may not be
connected.
Close the door completely.
Check the power cable is
connected and the power is
switched on.
Hot air is not blowing out. There is no power to the
receptacle.
Set the timer to hot air.
The laundry is not
thoroughly dried.
The front and back filter
may be blocked.
The drying load is too heavy.
Items have been added whilst
the dryer is in operation.
The laundry has become
twisted during the drying cycle.
There is not enough space for
the dryer to ventilate properly.
The dryer is set to Anti-Wrinkle.
Clean both filters.
Reduce the drying load.
Re-dry the items again.
Untwist the items and re-dry.
Place the dryer in a
well-vented area.
Try using the ‘Warm’ or ‘Hot’
setting to dry instead.
Dryer does not start. The is no power to the dryer.
The door is not closed.
The timer is in the OFF position.
Check the power cable is
connected and is supplying
power.
Close the door completely.
Set the drying time.
