Safety instructions
- The maximum weight capacity is 100kg.
- Before each use, check that the board has
been correctly assembled for the respective
exercise.
- Please consult your doctor before starting a
new exercise regime with this equipment.
- Only use this equipment according to the
workout principles and with the strict obser-
vance of these instructions. Otherwise, there is
a serious risk of damage to your health.
Serious injuries can result from overexertion
and excessive exercising. Always remember
to warm up before exercising and always exer-
cise according to your current ability. If you
feel dizzy or tired, stop using this product
immediately.
- This equipment must only be used under adult
supervision and must not be used as a toy.
- Perform the exercises with adequate distance
from other people or objects to avoid risk of
injury.
- The resistance bands must only be used in
conjunction with the fitness board!
- This equipment must only be used by one
person at a time.
- Keep the instructions for use with the product
so that they can be referred to when exerci-
sing.
- Check the equipment for damage or wear
before each use. The resistance bands must
not be stretched longer than 2.3m.
- In particular, check the resistance bands for
tears and damage on a regular basis.
Defective resistance bands must no longer be
used.
