Note: Use the nger holes to insert or remove the discs without
risk.
ASSEMBLY
The shredding disc is reversible (4mm on one side and 6mm on
the other). Select the desired side and place the disc using the
nger holes intended for handling the disc.

Lock the lid and attach the pushers as described under sections
3F and 3G.
Note: Always wait until the disc has stopped turning before
unlocking the lid.

Fitting the Whisk Assembly
To attach the two whisks, hold the power unit in one hand with
the underside facing you. Press the rods in while turning slightly
until you hear a ‘click conrming that the whisks are locked in
properly.
Once the preparation work bowl is properly positioned, slot and
lock the adapter onto the motor shaft.
Place the whisk assembly with the two whisks onto the adapter
by turning it slightly until it is locked in place.
Lock the lid onto the preparation bowl, ensuring that the whisk
power unit does not come in contact with the lid.
TIP: Remove the small pusher with drip feed from the lid so that
the preparations can aerate properly.
The whisk is now ready to be used. Press to activate rotation
of the whisk in the bowl. With the whisk assembly, you can create
the following preparations easily:
• Beaten egg whites
Whipped cream (chantilly, crème montée, tiramisu…)
• Mayonnaise (béarnaise, rouille, crème mousseline…)
• Meringue
Vinaigrette
• Butter cream
