The Culligan water filter has two separate serial numbers; one for the control assembly and one for the media tank. The control
assembly serial number can be found on the left rear side of the timer mounting plate. The media tank serial number is on the
side of the tank. DO NOT REMOVE OR DESTROY THESE SERIAL NUMBER DECALS. THEY MUST BE REFERENCED IF
EVER YOU REQUIRE REPAIRS OR PARTS REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY.
