Also, the output could be abnormal (inverter voltage below 190Vac or higher than 260Vac), or the inverter might be overloaded. Over current or surge can also trigger the alarm. Check if the wiring is connected well and remove any abnormal load. Reduce the connected load by switching off some equipment. Check if the spec and quantity of batteries meet requirements.
