Why won't my CyberPower OP650 UPS turn on?
    • B
      Brandon GardnerAug 10, 2025
If your CyberPower UPS doesn't turn on, first ensure it's connected to a working 110/120v 60Hz outlet. The on/off switch is designed to prevent damage from rapid cycling, so if you've recently turned it off, wait 10 seconds before turning it back on.

What to do if CyberPower OP650 UPS outlets do not provide power?
    • C
      Charles MoranAug 20, 2025
If the outlets on your CyberPower UPS aren't providing power, the circuit breaker may have tripped due to an overload, or the batteries may be discharged. To resolve this, turn the UPS off, unplug at least one piece of equipment, wait 10 seconds, reset the circuit breaker, and then turn the UPS back on. If that doesn't work, allow the unit to recharge for at least 4 hours.

Why is CyberPower PowerPanel Plus inactive?
    • K
      Kevin GoodmanAug 30, 2025
If PowerPanel Plus™ is inactive (all icons are gray), it might be due to issues with the serial cable connection. Ensure the serial cable is correctly connected to both the CyberPower UPS unit and an open serial port on the back of your computer, and that you're using the cable that came with the unit. Also, try shutting down your computer, turning the UPS off, waiting 10 seconds, and then turning the UPS back on to reset the unit.
