  If the CyberPower UPS outlet isn't providing power, it might be due to a tripped circuit breaker from an overload. To fix this, turn off the UPS, unplug some equipment, wait 10 seconds, reset the circuit breaker, and then turn the UPS back on. Alternatively, the batteries might be discharged, so recharge the unit for at least 8 hours. It is also possible that uncritical outlets have turned off automatically due to an overload, so push the toggle button to make the uncritical outlets turn on.

  If your CyberPower UPS won't turn on, first turn the UPS off, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. The on/off switch is designed to prevent damage by rapidly turning it off and on. Also, ensure the unit is connected to a 110/120V 60Hz outlet.

  If PowerPanel® Business Edition is inactive, ensure the serial or USB cable is connected to the CyberPower UPS unit using the cable that came with it. Also, try connecting the cable to another port on your computer. If this doesn't work, shutdown your computer, turn the UPS off, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on to reset the unit.
