The intended commercial use of this machine is to aid exercise and improve general physical fitness.

CAUTION: Use only in manner depicted. To avoid serious injury, use equipment only as describe in placards located on each
machine.
All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.
Set Up - Consult floor sta if assistance is required
Set Up Motion Muscles Used
• Adjust seat to comfortable start position for
knees and hips.
• Position feet comfortably on foot plate with
toes pointed slightly outward.
Push into foot plate until legs are straight.
NOTE: Do not hyper extend knees.
