3.4 Adjust the stem
1. Remove the bolt pre-installed on the front fork arch with an
appropriate hex wrench and an open-ended wrench.
2. Pass that bolt through the gasket, mounting hole on the front fork
arch, and front fender bracket mounting hole in order, and then
tighten the nut.
3. Remove the two pre-installed bolts from the fender stay mounts
using a hex wrench, install the stay on the fender stay mounts, and
then re-tighten the bolts to finish installing the front fender.
1. Remove the pre-installed bolts from the kickstand mount on the
chainstay with an appropriate hex wrench.
2. Install the kickstand on
the kickstand mount by
re-tightening the bolts as
shown in the pictures.
Use an appropriate wrench to loosen the two bolts that fasten the stem
onto the steerer tube. Rotate the stem 180° and make sure it is on the
same line as the top tube. Then, re-tighten the bolts.
