Best practices
• Place the Hub and GBC in a central location on the site with
power and preferably nearby LAN connection
• Mount Hubs and GBCs (if applicable) at eye-level or higher to
avoid furniture obstructions
• Avoid solid metal obstacles in the line of transmission
• Don’t mount Hubs within 3 ft of computers or A/V equipment
(which may produce interfering radio waves)
• Pick a safe and secure location away from weather, possible
water leaks and doors that are used for freight
